Vortex spinning technology has gone public into China since 2005. Based on short process flow, less labor and high efficiency, it has become an important driver to lead the high-quality development of the textile industry. 

        However, the automation packaging of vortex spinning cone has always been a pain. Since 2012, Hicorp group has devoted all its efforts to the research and development of intelligent packaging of cone. In 2015, China's first full process woven bag packaging line with fully independent intellectual property rights, without human involvement directly was put into use. In 2018, Hicorp began to provide automation packing for vortex spinning production lines. At present, Murata vortex spinning plus Hicorp’s intelligent packaging line leads the trend of vortex spinning production lines.

        Since 2018, 10 sets of full process package line has been applied in Wujiang Jingyi Special Fiber Co., Ltd.Recently they signed another order for 5 packaging lines. Suzhou Shixiang bio Fiber Co., Ltd. and Suzhou pulutong Textile Technology Co., Ltd. have also successfully applied 10 lines respectively. According to incomplete statistics, Hicorp's intelligent packaging line has been equipped with more than 100 vortex spinning production lines. 

         The flexible and green production of vortex packing had realized automatic loading cone, automatic conveying, intelligent unloading by variety, in-time packing, variety visual recognition, automatic bagging, automatic strapping and automatic stacking, with an output of 40 tons / day (8 PCS cone /bag). In addition, the intelligent information platform (optional) can seamlessly connect with enterprise MES, ERP and other software.
